How much is delivery and how long does it take?
We deliver in France and across the European Union. Charges depend on the weight of the order: from €8 in France and €22 in the EU. Orders are dispatched within 24 to 48 working hours with a tracking number. Full rates are listed on our Shipping and returns page.
Can I return a fragrance?
Yes, within 14 days of receipt, provided the bottle is still sealed — a hygiene rule that applies to all fragrances. A faulty or incorrect item is taken back at no cost. Full terms are set out on the Shipping and returns page.
How do I choose a fragrance without smelling it?
Every product page details the olfactory pyramid (top, heart and base notes), the fragrance family and the occasions it suits. If you are hesitating between two fragrances, write to us — we will gladly point you in the right direction.
What is the difference between the 15 ml and 100 ml sizes?
The fragrance itself is identical. The 15 ml size is ideal for discovering a scent or carrying it with you; the 100 ml is the everyday size and better value per millilitre.
